Since 1986, more than 250 Arizona organizations, large and small, have called on MSS Business Transformation Advisory (MSSBTA) to support their business, digital, and IT transformation initiatives.

History
In 1986, Micon, Inc., was founded to provide technical services to businesses that were struggling to achieve their technology objectives because of knowledge gaps or lack of internal resources. In 1993, the name Micon was changed to Midrange Software Solutions, or MSS, as the company focused on delivering custom technology solutions to midrange or mid-market organizations.
Today, the company is known as MSS Business Transformation Advisory or MSSBTA. ‘MSS’ is a nod to our past and ‘Business Transformation Advisory’ is our vision for the future. The success of our clients drives us to go beyond what is required, surpassing their expectations by delivering top-tier consulting that is affordable.

Corporate Citizenship
Corporate citizenship is at the heart of MSSBTA. We give back to the community through pro bono work, fundraisers, and volunteering for organizations including St. Mary’s Food Bank, Valley of the Sun United Way, Ronald McDonald House, Peoria Fire Department, Feed My Starving Children, and Maricopa County Community College District among others.

Meet Our Experienced Team
Keith Latchaw
President and CEO
Keith Latchaw is a Senior Executive with over 30 years of experience in both enterprise and top-tier management consulting firms delivering strategic business advisory services with deep expertise in private and public sector markets.

He brings significant experience directing large scale Digital Transformations and delivering Business & Technology Strategic Plans in his role at MSSBTA.
​
Keith also has substantial experience driving improved Organizational Effectiveness and Performance Management which is evident throughout the MSSBTA organization.
Alyssa Moniuszko
Vice President of Professional Services
VP of Professional Services, Alyssa Moniuszko, has been with MSS Business Transformation Advisory for more than 25 years.

Alyssa is also a Consulting Executive with 20+ years of experience leading large enterprise and public sector transformations and change management initiatives through strategic business advisory services.
​
In addition to her deep ERP and CRM product knowledge, she is a Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP).
Jack Trierweiler, CPA
Vice President of Finance
Jack Trierweiler is a Certified Public Accountant and accounting professional with a unique blend of departmental leadership, financial analysis, and project management.

He excels in process improvements and delivering a superior product to operations, while stabilizing overhead departments in the consulting industry.

Jack has skillfully created an environment where the accounting department has become a partner in reducing costs and increasing revenues.
Patty Blegen
Director of Human Resources
Patty is responsible for the company’s staffing model and the operations of recruitment, training and management of employees. She also leads employee engagement and retention programs.
She brings to the role over 20 years of professional HR experience in the areas of employee relations, benefits, recruitment, training, and development and employee relations.
Effectively balancing big picture thinking and strategic hands-on execution allows Patty to successfully develop and improve procedures and create a positive and collaborative company culture.
Mike Hawksworth
Founder and Chairman of the Board
