Alyssa Moniuszko

VP of Professional Services, Alyssa Moniuszko, has been with MSS Business Transformation Advisory for more than 25 years.

Alyssa is also a Consulting Executive with 20+ years of experience leading large enterprise and public sector transformations and change management initiatives through strategic business advisory services.

In addition to her deep ERP and CRM product knowledge, she is a Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP).


Ken Starr

Chief Revenue Officer

Ken Starr is an accomplished professional services sales and customer success executive who is passionate about building relationships and partnering with clients to find the right Business and IT transformation solutions for their unique organizations. 

With 30+ years in the professional services industry, Ken shares his depth of knowledge supporting large, complex consulting services engagements (ERP Implementations, CRM Initiatives, Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Organizational Change Management, and others), SaaS software and products/devices across multiple industries.


Jack Trierweiler

CPA Controller

Jack Trierweiler is a Certified Public Accountant and accounting professional with a unique blend of departmental leadership, financial analysis, and project management.

He excels in process improvements and delivering a superior product to operations, while stabilizing overhead departments in the consulting industry.

Jack has skillfully created an environment where the accounting department has become a partner in reducing costs and increasing revenues.


Susan Leonardo

Director of Corporate Services and HR

In her role as Director of Corporate Services and HR, Susan Leonardo is responsible for the growth and development of internal company programs and operations while strengthening consistency between employees and the leadership team.

Throughout her tenure, Susan has introduced countless initiatives including operational and financial transparency for employee-owners; continuous learning and professional development opportunities; and internal process improvements to name a few.

Led by Susan’s influence and example, MSS proudly supports our local community through Valley of the Sun United Way, Ronald McDonald House, Peoria Fire Department, St. Vincent de Paul, and St Mary’s Food Bank.


Mike Hawksworth

Founder and Chairman of the Board

In 1986, Mike Hawksworth founded Micon, Inc., or MSS Business Transformation Advisory as it is known today. Under Mike’s leadership, MSSBTA has been well recognized locally and nationally by both partners and customers, receiving accolades over the years from organizations including:

Keith Latchaw

President and CEO

Keith Latchaw is a Senior Executive with over 30 years of experience in both enterprise and top-tier management consulting firms delivering strategic business advisory services with deep expertise in private and public sector markets.

He brings significant experience directing large scale Digital Transformations and delivering Business & Technology Strategic Plans in his role at MSSBTA.

Keith also has substantial experience driving improved Organizational Effectiveness and Performance Management which is evident throughout the MSSBTA organization.
