Education Workshops

Get the latest information and best practices on a variety of Business and IT topics. Each workshop is led by subject matter experts in interactive workshops designed for small groups at no cost.

MSSBTA offers a variety of free education workshops that provide overviews of relevant topics that are applicable to organizations of any size.  Workshops are designed to be small and interactive for groups up to 10.  We encourage in-person presentations; however, we can accommodate a hybrid format. 

 

Below is a description of each 90-minute education seminar and who should attend. Participants will leave with a copy of the presentation, helpful worksheets and checklists, and their questions answered by MSSBTA subject matter experts.

Organizational Change Management (OCM) Workshop

When an organization decides to embark any organizational change, it asks its employees to adopt and trust an unfamiliar new way of doing things. While the “technology side of change” gets most of the attention, executives often underestimate, and fail to properly account for, the “people side of change”.
