ASSESS is the first step in your organization’s transformation journey.  MSSBTA offers several IT and Business assessments and diagnostics to give you a 360-degree view of your organization and its optimization and transformation opportunities.


Assessments are designed to discover overall organization strengths and weaknesses and to identify specific performance gaps and opportunities for improvement. ​

Diagnostics are a quick, easy, and cost-effective way to collect data and turn it into practical insights that can be used to develop action plans and to communicate with key stakeholders.

Each diagnostic includes a quantitative survey and a verbal presentation along with a written report of our findings. Most diagnostics can be completed in 2 to 4 weeks (slightly longer for large organizations).

The Challenge: Having just selected a cloud ERP solution, the client needed an un-biased third party to help them evaluate implementation partners and to assist in the overall planning of the implementation.

The Solution: MSSBTA used proprietary ERP methodologies along with industry best practices from external sources to develop an implementation plan that considered the resources available to implement the ERP solution.

The Result: During the engagement, the client benefitted from reduced implementation costs, saving them hundreds of thousands of dollars; an executable project plan; and a documented OCM plan.


The Challenge: The client needed to change direction to focus on strategic organizational improvements rather than day to day tactical operations.

The Solution: A baseline of the client’s current state was established by leveraging diagnostic tools and techniques.  Then, a best practice IT organization framework was identified, and the client’s capabilities were assessed against the different areas provided within the framework.

The Result: MSSBTA built a roadmap of what the client should do achieve their organizational improvement objective and shared timelines to be administered over the course of the next two to three years.
