UNDERSTAND WHERE YOUR ORGANIZATION IS TODAY
IT and Business assessments and diagnostics give you a 360-degree view of where your organization is today so you can close gaps, improve performance, and formulate an optimization or transformation plan.
Welcome to ASSESS • Optimize • Transform
“Unless strategy evaluation is performed seriously and systematically, and unless strategists are willing to act on the results, energy will be used up defending yesterday.”
– Peter Drucker, the “Father” of management thinking
ASSESS is the first step in your organization’s transformation journey. Assessments compare your organization's current state to industry best practices. They are designed to discover overall organization strengths and weaknesses and to identify specific performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Assessments allow you to target optimization and transformation opportunities. Most importantly, they help you focus on actions and investments that will improve business outcomes.
Improve Your Success Rate
According to a McKinsey & Company survey, organizations that kicked off an IT or digital transformation with an assessment to define their needs showed a 79% success rate.
Our Role in YOUR SUCCESS
Our typical role during the assessment phase is that of guide, facilitator, organizer and analyst. We guide you through the entire Assessment process.

ERP ORGANIZATION READINESS PROJECT
The Challenge: Having just selected a cloud ERP solution, the client needed an un-biased third party to help them evaluate implementation partners and to assist in the overall planning of the implementation.
The Solution: MSSBTA used proprietary ERP methodologies along with industry best practices from external sources to develop an implementation plan that considered the resources available to implement the ERP solution.
The Result: During the engagement, the client benefitted from reduced implementation costs, saving them hundreds of thousands of dollars; an executable project plan; and a documented OCM plan.
IT ASSESSMENTS CREATE ROADMAP FOR
The Challenge: The client needed to change direction to focus on strategic organizational improvements rather than day to day tactical operations.
The Solution: A baseline of the client’s current state was established by leveraging diagnostic tools and techniques. Then, a best practice IT organization framework was identified, and the client’s capabilities were assessed against the different areas provided within the framework.
The Result: MSSBTA built a roadmap of what the client should do achieve their organizational improvement objective and shared timelines to be administered over the course of the next two to three years.
